Features.

In addition to school courses, students are encouraged to receive practical training before graduation. Over the years, the department has built sound relationships with local financial institutions, which have provided various practical training opportunities as well as scholarships for the students. Moreover, students are persuaded to get finance-related professional licenses during school years. Records show that 90% of our students have the Basic Securities Brokers license before their graduation. The department is well equipped with advanced teaching and research facilities, including over 60 latest PCs and notebooks, financial databanks, statistical software and on-line journals. In addition, the setup of a Financial Simulation Lab has effectively enhanced the study and research ability of the students and the faculty members. Finally, the department invites various finance professionals from the industry to hold lectures to the students. The connection with the real world has both increased the students’ empirical knowledge as well as their learning motivation.
